Adults & teenagers 16+: 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) once daily.

Children Aged 1 – 15: 10–15ml (about 0.51 oz)

For maximum effect, take on an empty stomach and at least 1/2 hour before eating.

As Therapeutic Aid:
Adults & teenagers 16+: 60 ml (2 fl. oz.) per day, in a single or divided dose, on an empty stomach and at least 1/2 hour before eating.

Children Aged 1 – 15: 30 ml (1 fl. oz.) per day, in a single or divided dose, on an empty stomach and at least 1/2 hour before eating.

Serving sizes may increase or decrease depending on individual health needs.
